Below is our recent interview with Bukola Michael Nelson, the Founder and CEO at The CoBuilders:

Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A: The CoBuilders is a technology company that provides simplified household solutions. Our debut product, The CoBuilders house cleaning, offers consumers an end-to-end house cleaning service experience. We are the first company worldwide to offer residential consumers this seamless house cleaning service experience in one product.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: We recently released the mobile version of our technology for iOS and Android applications. This strategy increases user access to our technology. Mobile technology enables us to unlock essential utilities such as real-time notifications and chat session capabilities for our customers and cleaners. Our offering is currently available in the United States.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?

A: The existing processes for ordering cleanings services are complicated, incomplete, and sometimes unsafe. We run standardized background vetting before onboarding cleaners to our platform. After a customer schedules the cleaning request, our technology automatically assigns a cleaner. No more phone calls or back and forth emails to get a cleaner or cleaning quote.

The CoBuilders users can choose between standard, deep, move-out, or after-party cleaning. The price range depends on the level of cleaning and the size. Event clean-ups are especially thorough but cost much more than standard cleaning. Quotes are generated within the app as the user enters the number of rooms and bathrooms to clean, so the customer has a choice to save or complete the order.

There is a tracker in the app where the cleaner notifies the customer that they have arrived. The customer also gets notifications when cleaning is in progress and when the cleaning is complete. Customers can request refunds if they are unsatisfied with the service they received. We’ve intelligently factored all of these natural human experiences into our app.

Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: We have a backlog of features for V2 of The CoBuilders. With V1, we have received more special would-like-to-have requests from our early adopters. Users want to set up recurring cleaning requests, keyless entry capabilities, and additional home organization services. We are prioritizing these features and setting up strategic partnerships for the required integrations. Our immediate strategic plan is to boost the app’s value to users by offering more value for less.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: The immediate response when we introduce The CoBuilders to anyone is, “now I know where to go when next need cleaning services.” This sentiment is a testament to the value of our product to consumers. According to a survey published in 2020 in New York Post, Americans spend 23 hours 36 mins per month on house cleaning. Sweeping and dusting take 50%; bathroom 48%, and laundry 44%. While everybody loves a clean house, nobody loves to clean; more importantly, nobody loves to waste time trying to save on house cleaning. The CoBuilders’ mission is to be a reliable partner for American households who desire affordable technology that solves everyday household problems. We want everyone to know that.
